Rosies by Satinova Privacy Policy

Satinova by Rosies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Rosies Pinterest Auto-Poster, an internal business tool used to prepare, review, schedule, and publish organic Pinterest content for products offered by Satinova by Rosies.
Information the application accesses
When an authorized business account connects the application to Pinterest, the application may access Pinterest account information, board names and identifiers, Pin information, and the permissions granted through Pinterest OAuth. The application does not request or store your Pinterest password.
How we use information
We use this information only to display available Pinterest boards, create Pins on a private review board, and move Pins that a human operator has approved to the selected public board at the scheduled time. Unreviewed, rejected, or otherwise unapproved Pins are not eligible for automated publication.
Information we store
The application stores its access credentials and workflow records locally in the business-controlled environment. Workflow records may include draft content, product links, image references, board identifiers, Pin identifiers, approval status, scheduled publication times, and API error logs. Access tokens are treated as confidential credentials and are not intentionally published or shared.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared with Pinterest only as necessary to operate the Pinterest API features requested by the authorized account. Our ecommerce storefront may use Shopify and other service providers as described in our store privacy policy.
Data retention and deletion
Local application records are retained only as reasonably necessary to operate, troubleshoot, and document the publishing workflow. An authorized account owner may disconnect the application by revoking its Pinterest authorization. To request deletion of locally stored Pinterest integration data, contact us using the email address below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect access credentials and application records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You may revoke the application’s Pinterest access through your Pinterest account or developer settings. Revocation prevents future authenticated API activity until the application is authorized again.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the application or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
