Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Origins
We ship from multiple fulfillment partners. Depending on the product, your item may ship from the United States or China.
Shipping Time Estimates (after processing)
Shipping times vary by item, origin, and destination:

Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. Each shipment will receive its own tracking details when available.
Tracking Information
Tracking is provided for most orders. After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Some carriers may take 24–72 hours to show movement after a label is created.
