Shipping destinations
At this time, checkout is available for delivery to United States addresses only.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders. If an expedited or special shipping option is available for an order, its price will be shown at checkout before payment.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing can take slightly longer during high-volume periods.
Shipping origins
We work with multiple fulfillment partners. Depending on the product, an item may ship from the United States or China.
Estimated delivery time after processing
- Items shipping from the United States: typically 3-7 business days.
- Items shipping from China: typically 10-15 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control can affect arrival dates.
Split shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Tracking details are provided for each shipment when available.
Tracking
After an order ships, tracking information is emailed when available. Some carriers can take 24-72 hours to show movement after a label is created.
Address accuracy
Please confirm that the shipping address is complete and correct before submitting an order. Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional carrier handling.
