Important fabric-testing note
Heat, ink, finishes, dyes, and fibers can react differently. Always test first. Do not use heat beyond the fabric manufacturer's care limits, and do not apply an iron directly to a material that should not be ironed. Markings can potentially reappear under some temperature conditions, so these pens should not be used for permanent archival work or where any returning line would be unacceptable.
